Note: If you have multiple accounts; you can use the same user details.
How to Add a New User on the Seller Lab?
First login to your Seller Lab, then go to the Warehouse then click on Users
After that, add your user details then click on Add user
- Avoid adding duplicate information.
- Make sure to add the phone number with the country code.
How Many Users Can I Add?
You can add as many users as you want, and there are no restrictions on the maximum number of users.
Can I Edit My User Details?
Go to the Seller Lab, then go to Warehouse then click on Users.
Then select the user you want to edit, and click on the ellipse button under Action
Click the Edit option to be directed to the next page.
Add the new details then click on Update User.
You can edit the user's details as long as it is not generated by the system in
the time of the store registration.
How to Delete My User?
You will not be able to delete your user, however you will have an option to Deactivate it.
Go to the Seller Lab, then go to Warehouse then select User
Select the user you want to edit, then click on the ellipse button under Action
Then click on Deactivate
Once you click on Deactivate option, the use will be Deactivate and a confirmation message will pop up on the top of the screen.
