A lot of efforts are focused on monitoring the quality of the service and the products we provide them, and as our partner, we rely on you to fulfill our customers' orders by providing them authentic, high quality products in a pristine condition.
As a seller you are required to always comply with noon's packing guidelines. This article details the process of the quality assurance process that is performed on each product you send for fulfillment.
What are the quality assurance requirements?
It's crucial to always ensure that the below conditions are met while packing and preparing your products for fulfillment.
- Correct brand
- Correct model
- Correct color
- Correct size
- Correct barcode
- Intact and sealed external packaging
While managing your orders on the Direct Ship app, you'll be requested to take a picture of the item. It's very important to take a picture of the item in its original packaging before you pack it in the noon box/bag. If your item is in bad condition, unauthentic, or doesn't match your listed item that the customer ordered, then your product will not pass the quality assurance process.
The below section provides details and examples of common mistakes that are made while preparing your products for fulfillment.
Wrong brand/content: customers should always be provided the product that they ordered. Sending a replacement is not allowed. If you ran out of stock and can't fulfill the order, it is best to cancel it or inform seller support.
Wrong model: packing the wrong model of an item implies changes in its configuration, size, or other properties. Therefore, the item won't match the one that the customer ordered, and won't pass the quality check.
Damaged Packing: products that are sent for fulfillment should always be in a perfect condition without any tears, dents, dirt, etc.
Damaged Seal: a sealed product is an assurance that the product hasn't been previously opened or used. It's crucial to always ensure the seals of your products are intact before your send them for fulfillment.
For any Quality Check failure, terms and conditions will be applied.
