When you list products in promotions and submit them for review, noon will either approve your submission or reject it. You'll find the rejection reason next to each product. Simply update your product according to the rejection reason and resubmit it for approval.

|Select a deal that you're eligible for in terms of business model and product category.

|The added products don't fall under the eligible category for this specific deal
|Ensure adding products that fall under the eligible categories in that specific promotion
|Not in NSKU price range

|The seller hasn't updated the price range of this particular product
|you need to download the Partner SKU price range template from Seller Lab and add your products' minimum and maximum price range.
|Deal price greater than current price
|The discounted price is higher than the marketplace price
|The discounted price should be less than the marketplace price and within the min and max price range
|PSKU is not live
|Item is not live
|The seller can identify the reason why the item isn't live from the Health tab of the product in Catalog or the not live items export
|PSKU does not exists
|PSKU might have been deleted
|Seller should create new PSKU
|PSKU already enrolled
|Deal is already active for this product
|No action required, this item has been added to the promotion more than once
How can I resubmit a product that has been rejected?
In the main page you will be able to see the status of each item, you can click resubmit and start updating your product details according to the rejection reason.
- Click Resubmit
- Edit then click resubmit
