Non-Vat registered sellers can seamlessly sell their products on noon to help grow their businesses and reach millions of noon's customers. Here's a quick overview of the selling process for non-VAT registered sellers.
As part of your registration as a new seller on noon, in addition to the standard registration documents to sell on noon, you'll also have to download and fill-in the below declaration of VAT non-enrollment under the law of your respective country, and affix it with seal and signature by the authorized signatory of the business, then send it to seller@noon.com.
Declaration of VAT non-enrollment - UAE
Declaration of VAT non-enrollment - KSA
Declaration of VAT non-enrollment - Egypt (If the threshold is less than 500,000 EGP)
Note:
In Egypt, the tax authority can only accept the declaration form in Arabic.
Once your registration is complete and your store is live you can list your products for sale and set up your prices exclusive of VAT as long as your business hasn't reached the mandatory registration threshold set by the government. As a non-VAT registered seller, you do not need to add VAT to product prices for sale on noon. Learn more about how to list new product.
If your business crosses the VAT sales threshold (both online or offline) at any time during your operations, we may require your VAT registration certificate in order for you to continue operating on the noon platform.
Whenever you make a sale, noon will issue a purchase summary to your customers which you can access in the Statements page on Seller Station. A purchase summary details all of the products a customer has purchased from you, exclusive of VAT as you can see in the sample below.
Finally, you will receive your payments weekly via bank transfer to your registered company bank account. Find out more about payments processing.
That's it!
