Every week, sellers receive the following set of financial statements which are accessible on the Statements tab on Seller Lab:

• Weekly payment statement: a summary of all sales, returns, and other deductions made in a specific week.
• Weekly noon Fees Invoice: reflect the fees that will be deducted and the compensations due to the seller.

How can I access the noon Fees invoices?

In the Navigation Bar, select Payment and Fees tab and the click on Statements and Invoices

In the Invoices tab, click noon Fees.

You'll access an invoice that reflects your marketplace fees (lines1 to 3), and the compensations due to you will appear as "rebates" (line 4).

Assuming that the net total is positive as seen above, then the invoice will be generated along with the statement for that week. 

If the total net fees on your weekly noon Fees invoice is less than AED/SAR/EGP 1, you will be paid what you are owed, but the noon Fees invoice will not be generated that week. Instead, the noon fees and your compensations will be carried over to the next invoice if applicable. Each compensation and fee element will be assigned a code that corresponds to the statement's due date.

Consider a statement generated during the week 11th August 2021 which also contains the invoice lines from the previous week (4th August 2021):

How can I see my unbilled invoices?

This will display all the fees that have not been invoiced as yet, and the statements that they belong to.

In the Navigation Bar, select Payment and Fees tab and the click on Statements and Invoices

In the Invoices tab, click Uninvoiced Fees.

What are the compensations that won't appear on the noon Fees invoice?

noon penalty, damaged returns and disputes are compensatory in nature owing to losses incurred by the seller due to breaches of contractual obligations, such compensations shall be discharged to the seller separately as part of the statement and would not be part of the noon Fees invoice document; they would be reflected in a claim note or other document attached to the weekly statement.
