Sellers may face instances when noon notifies them that their RTV shipment(s) is ready for pick-up, but are unable to collect it from our hubs because the shipment isn't ready yet. Listed below are the steps of the process to follow in order to allow proper resolution of RTV shipment(s) that you aren’t able to collect.
Who does this process update apply to?
This update is only applicable to partners who pick-up RTV shipments from noon hubs.
What’s the RTV pick-up process update?
Here’s what will happen when you can’t collect one or more of your RTV shipments from a noon hub, after you’ve been notified that the shipment(s) was ready for pick-up:
Step 1: At the moment of collection in the noon hub, a noon employee will provide you with a document that declares that your RTV shipment(s) wasn’t ready for pick-up and wasn’t handed over to you. Use this document for any follow-ups with noon regarding your unlocated shipment(s), and to avail a free delivery of your shipment(s) back to your facility.
Step 2: inform us by filling out a form for UAE and Egypt, and for KSA; you’ll have to select “RTV not handed over at noon FC” as the reason for your concern, and attach the document provided to you by the noon employee at the time of collection. This form will also be available to you in the “RTV Shipments Readiness” notification email. It’s important to notify us within two (2) business days from the day of your RTV pick-up attempt.
Step 3: you’ll receive an “RTV Shipment Delivery” notification email once your shipment(s) is located, and noon will deliver it to your facility free of charge.
