The order Processing Time (PT) is the time required by partners to prepare their customer orders for handover to the noon logistics team. The PT is calculated from the moment the customer places an order for your product.
While listing your products on Seller Lab, you can select the processing time that you require for each product. You'll have to choose one of the below options depending on how long your operations team needs to process orders.
- Same day, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, or 4 days
By selecting one of the above PT options, you contribute to the order delivery commitment time that is linked to the product, and which appears to our customers in the noon website. Learn how to set a default Processing Time for all products under the same warehouse.
The Shorter the Processing Time the Higher the Benefits
A shorter processing time increases your sales, and your chances of winning the buy box. It also enhances our customers' experience by meeting the increasingly time-sensitive demand and the expected delivery speed in the market. Learn more about how to win the buy-box.
Further, noon strongly supports partners whose performance is aligned with our mission to create world-class digital marketplaces for our customers and partners across the Middle East. Therefore, starting September 1st 2020 till December 30th, 2020; when you choose a short processing time from "same day" to "1 day", noon will waive the cancellation fees on each offer with "same day" and "1 day" processing times, if more than 90% of your orders over the entire month are fulfilled.
How Can I Check My Eligibility for Waived Cancellation Fees?
You can check your monthly in-stock rate (fulfillment rate) for each of your warehouses on the 26th of each month. You'll be eligible for the cancellation fee waiver if your monthly in-stock rate is equal to 90% or higher, if your rate is below 90%, the cancellation fees will apply.
