Partners who choose to sell their products on noon by employing cross-dock B2B have two ways to retrieve their undelivered, returned, and graded items as well as those that didn't pass the quality check. Below is the detailed process to follow depending on the RTV (Return to Vendor) retrieval mode that they use; either delivery to their returns default warehouse, or pick-up from a noon hub.
The following process will be applicable to both, currently pending and all future B2B RTVs (as described above) starting August 1st, 2020.
Highlights:
- Acceptance of B2B RTV is required to raise any dispute.
- All return RTVs (graded RTV Shipments) will be delivered to the return warehouse.
- B2B RTV shipments of Partners on ASN drop off will have to be picked up from noon hubs. B2B RTV shipments of Partners on ASN pick up will be delivered to their returns warehouse.
- noon will confiscate B2B RTV items in the below circumstances and they won't be eligible for payment or dispute:
- B2B RTV shipments that are not collected from our hubs within the timeframe of ten (10) business days from the ready for collection notification*
- B2B RTV shipments requested for delivery by the partner, and which they reject, or fail to receive for any reason at the time of retrieval**
*What is the RTV Shipment Pick-up Process?
noon will notify the partner when their B2B RTV shipment is ready for collection, and the partner will have to collect their items from a noon hub within ten (10) business days from the date they've been notified. If the partner is unable to collect their shipment, they have to request noon to deliver their inventory (for a fee) within five (5) business days from the day they received the ready for collection notification.
In the event of any failure by the seller to comply with the timeline to collect, request the items for delivery, or accept the items upon the delivery; noon will confiscate said items on the eleventh (11th) business day from the ready for collection notification date according to the Terms & Conditions of Sale on noon. And once confiscated, items will no longer be eligible for payment or disputes.
Note: Sellers can raise a dispute only after they accept the RTV shipment
**What is the RTV Shipment Delivery Process?
noon will notify the partner that their B2B RTV shipment will be delivered within the following fourteen (14) business days to their default returns warehouse. If for any reason, the partner fails to receive their inventory, isn’t available to receive it, or rejects it; they have to request another delivery within the following seven (7) business days from the first delivery attempt. In the event of any failure by the partner to receive their items or request a second delivery attempt within the above timelines, noon will confiscate said items on the eighth (8th) business day from the day of the first delivery attempt. Further, if the partner requests a second delivery attempt, and fails to receive the shipment or rejects it, noon will then immediately confiscate the items of that particular shipment. Once confiscated, items will no longer be eligible for payment or disputes.
Note: Sellers can raise a dispute only after they accept the RTV shipment
