noon.com is the local digital marketplace, created to serve and support businesses in the Middle East. Sellers with businesses of any size are welcome to use noon as their digital platform to expand their business online.
What can I sell on noon?
We have many categories of businesses on noon, offering customers a wide range of products to suit their needs.

How do I open a noon seller account?
It’s easy! First you must have a valid trading license and a noon customer account. Then you will need to upload the requested documents to open a seller store.

How much does it cost to sell my products on noon?
The below breakdown of fees and commissions applies per item, and the rates differ according to the selling model you’ll be using to sell your products on noon; either fulfilled by noon (FBN), or fulfilled by partner FBP (Cross-dock FBP or Direct-ship FBP).

Will I be liable to pay VAT to the government?
All Vat registered sellers are liable to pay the VAT to the government. noon raises legal tax invoices to customers on the seller’s behalf which can be downloaded from Seller Lab.
You’ll also be provided a noon fee tax invoice for all fees & commissions that get deducted from you. You can use the fee tax invoices to claim your input VAT from the government.
Noon will pay the VAT to the government for all the sales of non-VAT registered sellers.
Are noon fees and commissions inclusive of VAT?
No, noon fees are exclusive of VAT.
When will I start getting charged the commission fees?
From the first sale that you’ll make on noon.
How do I get paid?
Once you start selling on noon, we will automatically transfer your sales revenue (net of fees) to your bank account on a weekly basis when the value of the weekly payment statement is greater than or equal to AED 1000. Otherwise, if the total weekly payment is less than AED 1000 then we’ll process your payment once a month, regardless of its value, even if it’s below AED 1000.
You will receive a payments statement for each transaction which you can find in the Statement tab of your Seller Lab.

What are noon’s selling models?
The method with which you choose to stock, sell and ship your products with noon. At noon we have two selling models available to our sellers:
- Fulfilled by noon (FBN) or noon Express
- Fulfilled by Partner (FBP) or marketplace:
- Cross-dock
- Direct ship
FBN is noon’s dedicated end-to-end support selling model, preferred by sellers and customers alike.

How do I manage my noon seller account?
As a registered and verified noon seller, you will have access to our in-house interface called Seller Lab which helps you sell your products and manage your store on noon. Click on the following link to access your Seller Lab: https://login.noon.partners/en/?page=core

How will I know when I have got a sale?
It depends on your selling model. If you are using fulfilled by partner (FBP), cross-dock or direct ship, you will be notified via email whenever you receive a new order. All orders pending your approval will appear in the Stock Requests tab of your Seller Lab.
Sellers using the fulfilled by noon (FBN) selling model don’t need to worry about this. noon will manage your orders, inventory, return, and customer queries on your behalf.
FBN sellers can follow their sales directly on the Sales tab of their Seller Lab.
How much does it cost to ship the products I sell on noon to customers?
noon’s selling models include shipping fees so the amount depends on the selling model you have chosen:

How does FBN work?
Fulfilled by noon (FBN) is a premier selling model and operates as an end-to-end service provider for our sellers.
Fulfilled by noon (FBN) is a selling model that allows you to stock your products in noon fulfillment centers. noon will manage your inventory and customer orders, shipping orders directly to customers on your behalf. noon will also take care of customer queries and returns. Onsite all FBN items are listed as ‘noon Express’ allowing customers to filter by them. FBN is popular with customers as it promises shipping within 24-hours of purchase.

How do I add my inventory on noon?
In order to start selling you will need to add your products to Seller Lab.
Listing products on noon is straightforward, you will need the basics - great images, a description, specifications, and product IDs.

How do I transfer my products to noon for fulfillment by FBN?
Before you hand over your products to our team they will need to be properly packed. Once you have done this, you can book a slot to drop them off at your nearest noon warehouse location (see here).

What about product returns and cancellations?
Sometimes customers decide they no longer need or want the item they have purchased. We have clear guidelines in place to protect both our customers and sellers rights.
Customers can cancel orders anytime, and can return products within 15 days of purchase. If you are using a FBP selling model the returned products will be sent directly to you within a few days. If you are using FBN returned products will go back into your inventory in noon fulfillment centers.
FBP sellers can optimize their returns by opting to store their returned items in our fulfillment centers then converting them for sale as FBN items. This way, your products can be available for sale faster.
