Overview
The revised FBP transfer summary aims to provide more transparency about the process of transferring items from your warehouse to ours. Each transfer will display the following information
- How many units were expected from you
- How many units were picked up by noon
- How many units were received by noon
Alongside this, there is a breakdown of quality control process applied on your units into
- QC Passed units that were expected and received
- QC Failed units that had a quality control issue
- Unidentified units which noon could not identify
Alongside this high-level overview, there is a detailed view that provides the same degree of information at an SKU level.
The Summary View
Expected
Units which are moved to "Ready for Pickup" prior to noon first mile completing a pickup will include the "Expected" value. If you consistently have 0 units in expected then they may need additional support on the process for setting items to ready for pickup.
These units will update as soon as the units are picked up from your location.
Picked
When noon's drivers complete a pickup they count the number of items received and update that value. They do not reconcile particular unit, as a result there can sometimes be differences between the items that were expected and what was actually received at noon's warehouse.
If there are regular discrepancies it will make sense to review the pickup process with noon First Mile.
Received
Stock units which are physically received and inbounded in the warehouse. This will be available after the FBP Transfer is posted and synced.
All of the following categories will be included in the received number: Passed, Failed, Excess and Unidentified.
Breakdown
These units will populate after the FBP Transfer has successfully been received and inbounded in our warehouse. The status for these FBP Transfer will be in the Completed state.

FBP Transfer Detail View
Completed tab
After items are inbounded in noon warehouse and physically received, they will appear on the Completed tab. The first 3 columns are the item details which are filled in by you during content creation and will help identify the units which are received.
Next 3 columns are very important to understand the complete transfer. This shows the breakdown of every unit received against its Expected, Received and QC Failed value. Let's see different scenarios you could come across and what they would mean to you.
Scenario 1 - All expected units received without QC issues
In the below example, we can see there were 2 units expected, 2 units received and 0 QC failed for that particular SKU. This is an ideal case for noon and for you where all units which were moved to Ready for Pickup (expected) were successfully inbounded and QC passed and allocated to an order.
Scenario 2 - Short units based on the expected quantity
In the below example, we can see there 3 units expected, 2 units received and 0 QC Failed for that particular SKU. This means that out of 3 units which were moved to Ready for Pickup, only 2 are received and 1 unit is still pending to be fulfilled.
Scenario 3 - Units received with QC issues
In the below example we can see there are 3 units expected, 0 units received and 3 QC Failed for that particular SKU. This means that the 3 units which were moved to Ready for Pickup, all of them were QC Failed. These units will now be sent back to you in an RTV and the units will go back to the Pending tab so you can fulfil them again.
Scenario 4 - Excess units received when units were expected
In the below example we can see there are 6 units expected, 9 units received and 0 units are QC Failed for that particular SKU. This means that the 6 units which were moved to Ready for Pickup, were successfully received and allocated to an order and an extra 3 unit is also received against the FBP Transfer.
If you are enabled on Force FBN, this unit will be stored in our warehouse for a future customer order and will be shipped out automatically. You can also keep track of this extra unit in the Inventory tab.
If you are not enabled on Force FBN, this unit will be sent out from our warehouse in an RTV within 24 hours.
Scenario 5 - Excess units received when no units were expected
In the below example we can see there are 0 units expected, 3 units received and 0 units are QC Failed for that particular SKU. This means that you have sent 3 units which were not expected but are successfully received in the warehouse.
Also when there are no Expected units, there can be no QC Failed items. All Failed items in such situations will be flagged under Unidentified units.
Requested tab
When items are moved to Ready for Pickup, they are assigned to an “Processing" FBP Transfer. Under the “Processing” FBP Transfer, you can view the Requested tab.
- Items in this section populate once items are picked up from your location by our DA.
- These items are the Expected items which noon will allocate orders against.
