A new warehouse can be directly added from Seller Station.
The warehouse which is created will go through an approval process to our seller support team.
We will then verify all the information provided and based on that, approve or reject the warehouse within 24 hours.
To start creating a warehouse, click on the Settings tab on the top right hand corner and select Warehouse Details.
Next, click on Add Warehouse to display a warehouse creation form where you need to fill in all the required details for us to validate your warehouse.
First, you will be asked to pinpoint your warehouse location on the map.
After you have set your location, proceed by clicking on Confirm Location.
Here you can choose to set the coordinates on the map or enter the address directly.
Please make sure you set coordinates within the country you are based from. For example: if you are a KSA based partner, you should only select coordinates within KSA
All international partners need to reach out to our seller support team to add a warehouse. This process will not be applicable to them

Processing Time | This is the Default Processing Time for all units mapped against this warehouse. |
Once this form is completed and submitted, the warehouse details will be reviewed internally by our team and a representative will get back to you within 24hrs
Warehouse Approval Stages
When the form is submitted, our seller support team reviews the warehouse details submitted.Below are the different stages your warehouse will be set.
Pending Approval - The warehouse is sent for approval to our seller support team. We will get back to you within 24 hrs
Active - The warehouse is approved and should now be available to list offers and ship units from
Inactive - The warehouse is rejected by our seller support team. In this case, please reach out to our seller support team for more information
