Overview
All of your products that are selling through a crossdock B2B warehouse must have a processing time updated in order for them to available for sale in the shop.
You can update this individually for each product if you choose to do so. However we recommend that you set a default processing time for your warehouse that will then be applied to all of your products. Once this is set you can override this for individual products where you have a significantly faster or slower processing time.
The cross-dock operations model will be discontinued by the third quarter of 2022
Setting a default processing time
Navigate to settings and the warehouse details section
Underneath your name in the top right select the dropdown to open the settings page.
Submit your desired processing time and select update
Once there go to warehouse details and choose an available processing time option.

- Same day
- 1 day
- 2 days
- 3 days
Be careful when setting processing times. If you don't fulfil items before they expire there will be a negative impact on your seller rating
If you have previously updated a default processing time or if you have updated processing times for individual options choose "Reset for all" to make sure the new default processing time is updated for all your offers
Verify your changes
Once done the new processing time will be updated against your offers
