Using Seller Lab Intel (Sales Report)

Overview

Seller Lab intel is a dedicated app for you to access comprehensive and flexible reports without having to perform manual manipulation on excel files.

Currently intel has a detailed stock report that covers the following 

  • Current stock position by warehouse
  • Detailed stock movements
  • Stock trends over time 
  • A document level movement summary 

Accessing Seller Lab Intel 

Once you are logged into your Seller Lab account you should be able to just open the intel application without having to log in again by visiting this URL here

Stock report

The stock reports summarizes your current stock position with noon along with any movements of inventory

All stock reports can be filtered by a single SKU to focus on transactions related to a single SKU

Account Overview

Shows your consolidated stock position by noon warehouse and area.

Stock movement 

Shows a summary of transfers and movements for your inventory with noon 

Filter this report by SKU to see movements for a single product

Filter this report by area to see movement inventory out a particular location like Preship or Return

Use drillthrough to export the detailed list of documents behind a particular movement

Stock movement types

Movement group  Definition Use cases
Opening  The stock existing in noon's warehouse at the start of the reporting period n/a
Stock Received (Crossdock) Products received from you as part of crossdock ASNs View a detailed list of skus received against ASNs 
Received (FBN) Products received from you as part of noon Express ASNs View a detailed list of skus received against ASNs 
Returned from Customer Units received back from customers as returns after shipping View customer order numbers that are confirmed as returned
RTV Units packed up and prepared for return to you  View a detailed list of skus part of rtvs returned to you
Warehouse Transfer  noon inter warehouse transfers and movements n/a 
Lost & Found  Units moved to inventory adjustment or out of inventory adjustment based on inventory checks  View a detailed list of positive and negative inventory adjustments by SKU 
Shipped to Customer Units dispatched to customers View skus dispatched against customer orders
Total The remaining stock balance after all movements during the period n/a
