What is a selling model?
A selling model is the method with which you choose to stock, sell and ship your products with noon. At noon we have two selling models available to our sellers:
- Fulfilled by noon (FBN) or noon Express
- Fulfilled by Partner (FBP):a. Direct Ship
What is Fulfilled by noon (FBN) or noon Express?
Fulfilled by noon (FBN) is a selling model that allows you to store your products in noon’s customer fulfillment centers (CFC). If you choose FBN as your selling model, noon will manage your inventory and customer orders, shipping orders directly to customers on your behalf. noon will also take care of customer queries and returns.
Onsite all FBN items are listed as ‘noon Express’ allowing customers to filter by them. FBN is popular with customers as it promises shipping within 24-hours of purchase.

What if Fulfilled by Partner (FBP)?
Fulfilled by Partner (FBP) is a selling model that allows sellers to keep their inventory in their location. Sellers accept incoming orders on noon Seller Station, they prepare the items for shipping, then hand them over to noon logistics.
With FBP, you can choose the operating model below to help you fulfill orders:
- Sellers prepare items ordered by customers, packing the orders in packaging provided by noon before handing them over to noon logistics via pick-up or drop-off at a noon hub.
