This version of order management is currently being phased out in favour of a stock transfer operational model, for more information you can read this article
Entering Order Management from Seller Lab
You can manage your orders from the Seller Lab by accessing the Orders page, where you can accept or cancel orders, track your orders every step of the way from the moment your products are ordered, till they get delivered to our customers.
You will receive orders on product level, and each product will have an Item Number that is system generated, which you may consider as an order number, and it is entirely different from the SKU. If you receive an order for two identical products, they will have different item numbers.
Some of order statuses displayed at the top of the page will require your action.
The following section explains what each status represents, and the actions required to manage your orders:
All new orders will appear under the New tab; you can choose to accept or cancel them.
Each order will have a fulfillment promise countdown; which is triggered when you receive the order notification by e-mail and when the order appears on this tab.
The fulfillment promise time includes the time of display on the seller lab + the processing time. You are required to fulfill the order before the countdown hits 0.
Each order cancellation will affect the Seller Performance rating.
After you accept new orders, they will move to the Accepted tab.
You may select products that are ready to be fulfilled, then click Ready for Pick-up, to send our logistics team a notification to come and collect your products.
Only items items that are in the ready state for handover should be selected and moved to the Ready for Pickup tab.
You can also print the selection by clicking Print.
Ready for Pick-up
This tab will contain all products you’ve requested noon to pick-up from you. An Open ASN (Advance Ship Note) will be created in the Transfers tab; orders can continue to be added to the Open ASN until noon logistics picks up the products from you and closes it.
You can print the selection for pick-up. Once items are moved, this also creates an Open ASN on the Transfers tab
You can also remove items from your pick-up list by selecting them using the small check-box next to each product, then click Remove
Once your products get picked-up by our logistics team, they will move to the Picked tab
All the products that will pass the quality check will appear under the “pending shipment” tab. These items will then clear out as soon as they get shipped.
All orders that weren't fulfilled, and products that didn't pass the quality check will reappear on the Accepted tab so that you can request another pick-up for them and fulfill them.
A return ASN will be created & pushed back to you immediately in case the products fail the quality check or excess items received.
This tab gives visibility on orders at two stages:
- Shipped: orders that are in shipped status and are in transition to reach our customers
- Completed: orders that have been successfully delivered to customers
You’ll be able to see all orders that have been cancelled by either yourself, or by our customers.
This page will reflect all the products that have been returned by our customers, and non-delivered items.
To boost urgency and ensure quicker deliveries to our customers, we have installed a Fulfillment Promise Countdown. Once an order is placed on the seller's item on noon and pushed in the New tab on Seller Lab, the Fulfillment Promise Countdown will be triggered. The countdown is based on the PO creation+Processing time set by Seller. The seller is required to fulfill the item before the countdown hits 0 to avoid breaking the delivery promise.
To allow sellers to quickly filter order items from their listing, we have enabled a date filter. This tool will help sellers quickly backtrack and filter out items based on the their selected dates.
Seller can follow below steps to successfully apply this filter on any of the ORDERS tab
Print Fulfillment Request
To provide sellers with a physical document of the items which require to be fulfilled, we have enabled a Print button on the Orders tab.
Items in the ACCEPTED & READY FOR PICKUP tab can be printed by clicking on Print button at the top. This prints out ALL items in the Accepted tab
