Rocket Model Fee in UAE
All existing fees under the noon FBN model will apply for Rocket Model. Details of the same can be found here
- We will introduce two additional fees specific to Rocket Model:
- Rocket Model referral fees: We will be charging an additional referral fee for Rocket Model at a category level. This will be incrementally applied to the existing noon standard referral fees. Details of the same can be found below.
- Customer loss fees: We will charge this fee on products with high return rates to ensure we maintain high quality listings on the Rocket Model. Based on threshold return percentages defined for each category given below, any additional customer returns beyond this threshold will be charged this fee. This fee will be calculated based on the value difference between the actual return amount and the threshold amount. This fee will be levied at the end of every month once the return period is over. (If a seller has delivered sales worth 1000 AED and has 4% returns while the threshold is set at 3%. The delta 1 % (10 AED) will be the penalty levied on the seller).
Note: For top tier brands, partners with a brand authorization letter will be exempted from this fee.
