Rocket Model Policy Document

Welcome to the Rocket Model, an innovative initiative designed to offer rapid and reliable delivery services in the UAE and KSA. This is an invite-only model for brands and brand authorized partners only. By participating, sellers gain the opportunity to leverage our advanced logistics and distribution network, ensuring their products reach customers faster than ever before.

This document details the participation guidelines for our sellers, ensuring a seamless integration into our Rocket Model for accelerated delivery and exceptional customer service.

1. The Rocket Model

The Rocket Model promises 45–90-minute delivery across the UAE and KSA, This model aims to provide a broader selection of products to customers much faster than ever before. Key selected partners will be invited to participate in this model.

Opt-In Procedure

·         Access to the Rocket Model is by invitation and requires sellers to accept new Terms and Conditions through the Noon Partners Platform.

·         Sellers wishing to participate in the Rocket Model must email seller@noon.com or reach out the respective account manager. For partners already invited, you can accept participation in the Rocket Model by clicking on the button available in your Noon Partners Platform.

·         We will strategically relocate the stock you have elected to sell through the Rocket Model to the mini warehouses, closer to customers, through the rocket transfer system. These mini warehouses also function as Fulfillment by Noon (FBN) warehouses, ensuring standard delivery speeds even when stock is limited.

Opt-Out Procedure

·         Sellers wishing to exit the Rocket Model must email seller@noon.com with a formal request on company letterhead. The termination process has a notice period of 7 business days, during which all stock will be transferred back to the main warehouse.

2. Commission and Fees

The Rocket Model introduces a transparent fee structure, designed to incrementally deliver an exceptional customer experience. Sellers can set product prices through the Rocket Model pricing engine or align them with core prices to maintain market competitiveness.

3. Customer Loss Fee

To ensure high-quality listings on the Rocket Model, a Customer Loss Fee will be applied to products with high return rates. For UAE, click here to know more about it. For KSA, click here to know more about it.


4. Product Authenticity and Warranty Requirements

·         Counterfeit Products: Selling 100% authorized and genuine stock is mandatory. Penalty fee will be charged for breaches of this clause in line with the Terms and Conditions
·         Product Warranty: All products must include a warranty in accordance with the law of the land.
